After a delightful afternoon of watching the classic Quebecois Christmas musical, "Decembre", of Quebec Issime, we had a wonderful dinner at Maison Boulud at the newly renovated Ritz-Carlton hotel in Montreal. We had wanted terribly to have the tasting menu, but unfortunately that weekend they did not have it.
