Once the ceremony is over, then your guests are free to take as many photos as they want. Just as there is a reminder at the cinema to turn our gadgets off prior to the movie, I encourage the couple to ask the officiant/MC in advance to kindly remind their guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
